We want you and your puppy to enjoy Pinky. If you are unsatisfied upon receipt of your purchase simply return Pinky, undamaged and unused, and we will refund the sale price, or, if you prefer, replace your unsatisfactory Pinky with a new Pinky. Purchaser is required to pay the cost of shipping Pinky back to us. We, the seller, reserve the right to refuse all other returns. 

This toy (Pinky) is only sold for intended purposes as a toy for puppies. Any other use is expressly prohibited.
